The hotel is modern, with great facilities, including a very well equipped gym and a nice SPA. Our room was spacious, comfortable and well decorated (we stayed in 2.501 suite with mountain view). The mattress was of top quality. There are three restaurants in the hotel, we went to two of them (the Caesar Ritz and Del Ponte) and always enjoyed the meals, which were both tasty and creative. Notwithstanding, what we enjoyed the most was the service throughout. It was just exceptional. Ladies at the reception, waiters in the restaurants, hotel car drivers and room cleaning ladies, all made our stay memorable, and we are immensely thankful to them for such a great job. It is not so common. We would full heartedly recommend this hotel and hope to visit it again soon.

The entire staff is committed to a personalized desire to make your stay memorable, from the room cleaners coming in early evening to check that all is good in the room and leaving a Swiss chocolate late nite treat, to the reception staff, who give the impression that the are talking with you in their home livingroom rather than a hotel lobby, to the walk round the entire hotel and spa when you first arrive, to Abilio Ribeiro, the shuttle driver, with his interesting conversation and literal " door to door" service as he placed our luggage into our rental car. Thank you all for a magical experience in a magical place.

I proposed to my girlfriend whilst we were staying and they really made extra effort to make it memorable including roses and decoration of the room, advice on champagne etc. They have mutliple restaurants on site and the mountain view is stunning!
